OPPO India has launched the F25 Pro 5G, a smartphone boasting a range of impressive features including a slim design, powerful cameras, and a long-lasting battery.
The F25 Pro 5G stands out for its slim profile, measuring just 7.54mm and weighing only 177 grams. Despite its thinness, it carries an IP65 rating, making it dustproof and water-resistant. The phone comes in two stylish colors: Lava Red, with a gradient from burgundy to deep sunset tones, and Ocean Blue, resembling clear azure waters.
The phone features a near bezel-less 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth viewing experience. The display offers vivid colors with 10-bit color technology and a peak brightness of 1100 nits for excellent HDR content viewing.
Under the hood, the F25 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC processor, supported by 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage (expandable with RAM Expansion technology). This combination ensures smooth performance for everyday tasks and even demanding applications like gaming.
The F25 Pro 5G boasts a versatile triple-camera system on the back, featuring a high-resolution 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor for capturing expansive landscapes, and a 2MP macro sensor for close-up shots. The front-facing camera features a 32MP sensor for high-quality selfies and video calls. Notably, both the front and rear cameras can record videos in 4K resolution at 30fps.
The F25 Pro 5G comes with various AI features to enhance your photography experience. AI Smart Image Matting allows you to easily extract subjects from photos and create custom images. Additionally, AI photography features include scene recognition, beauty effects, facial imperfection removal, and AI portrait super-resolution for clearer portraits in low-light conditions.
The F25 Pro 5G packs a 5000mAh battery that supports OPPO's 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology. This allows you to charge the phone to 30% in just 10 minutes and to 100% in 48 minutes. OPPO claims the battery is designed to last for up to four years of use without significant degradation.
The F25 Pro 5G runs on ColorOS 14 based on Android 14. ColorOS 14 offers various features to enhance user experience, including LinkBoost for improved network connectivity, Trinity Engine for optimized performance and resource management, File Dock for easy content sharing, and Smart Touch for effortless text, image, and video organization. OPPO guarantees three years of OS updates and four years of security updates for the F25 Pro 5G.
The OPPO F25 Pro 5G comes in two storage variants: 128GB priced at INR 23,999 and 256GB priced at INR 25,999. Pre-orders are now open, and the phone will be available for purchase starting March 5, 2024.
